I had a very good experience with this company and my claim was handled very fast! I was contacted by Daniela who helped me with all the steps and what i had to take with me for the final part! Got to their office and she handled everything super fast and was very nice and explained everything i had to sign! Got out in less than 15 minutes! Thank you!
This insurance moves EXTREMELY SLOW! So good luck getting anything resolved. You will be on hold for a very long time. I’m currently still waiting for my supplement NO RESPONSE! Mechanic shop emailed and called NO RESPONSE!
Responsive auto insurance isn’t very RESPONSIVE!
Unfortunately, my sister was involved in a motor vehicle accident a few days before Thanksgiving. It’s been a stressful process of determining the next steps. She has reached out to responsive (the at fault drivers insurance) multiple times and hasn’t been able to reach her adjuster Maria, only a customer service rep. She’s left multiple voicemails with no call back. She has also asked to speak with the Supervisor and that goes straight to voicemail. It’s ironic that this company is called responsive, clearly it’s anything but that. She just has one simple question that would take the adjuster 30 seconds to answer it. Hopefully someone can contact her soon and change our overall opinion of this company. The only positive has been one rep called Lissette, who was very courteous. But the question my sister has can only be answered by the adjuster Maria, who doesn’t respond or call back. Is being unresponsive the proper way to handle a claim?
What a terrible and irresponsible service this auto insurance has. I returned my Honda Civic Touring Car the very next day of purchase because of the problem in Tire indicator system. The insurance agent insured that car for six months $2200 on this company. When I went to the agent next day for the refund . He cancelled the plan and assured me takes 5 business days to refund. A week later I called progressive customer service they repeated the same things take couple of days for refund .Finally they refund only $215.44. They took way my money $284.56. This company scam and cheat people So never go through this insurance .

Very poorly managed, to many exclusions on their policy. Everything else it's not covered of have to pay extra for it. This company will nickel and dime. Worst than sprit airlines.
